Returns & Refunds

30-day returns on most items. We want you to keep the murti you love — and we'd rather have it returned than have you keep something you don't want.

Eligible for return

• Unused pieces in original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items damaged in transit (photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery)
• Wrong item received

Not eligible

• Custom or made-to-order pieces (noted on product page)
• Items returned without original packaging
• Pieces with signs of use, polishing, or alteration

How to return

1. Email hello@murtikart.com with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We'll send return instructions and a return shipping label (we cover return shipping for damaged or wrong items; buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns).
3. Pack the piece in its original box with the same padding it arrived with.
4. Drop with the carrier we specify.

Refund timeline

Refunds process within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Card refunds appear on your statement within 7–10 business days; PayPal refunds are typically immediate.
